Milestone: Math

urbandruidFinally! I passed the first section of prealgebra this week; 90% on the equations test. 90%! Been trying at this so long I wasn't sure I could ever do it at all, but... Had to make up the test due to being sick and screwing up my first shot at it, but that's not important, because I did it.
I wanted to throw my arms around my math teacher, but I limited myself to pumping my fist in the air and exclaiming, "Yes!" And calling Mom when I got out of class to tell her, plus sharing with anyone I ran into who asked how I was doing.
Great. Tired, exhausted, annoyed with French and my group in Bio lab for sticking me with cleaning out the test tube with crushed up liver in it (don't ask, I beg of you don't ask) but great.
Going out to dinner Friday to celebrate. Will probably have a drink, even.
