Eliminaton rounds

My 4th muse selection for theatrical_muse is shaping up a bit like American Idol. We're having elimination rounds and everything.

Seriously though, I finally decided to write the intro post for each of my potentials, as if I were really going to play them, and see who works the best.

So far only Marilyn Stark is through round one. Stark went on for nearly four pages (small type) about backstabbings and the loss of her command, and her crazy little pirate crew. *glomps Stark* So the crazy bitch goes on to round two.

I talked myself out of Palpatine last night, so I crossed him off the list this morning.

I have almost talked Daren Palpatine into staying out of t_m, on the grounds that I keep working on her WIPs. And I may be able to kick out Thrawn and Alaina the same way, because they both get to hang out in said WIPs as well. Which would leave me with Stark, Pellaeon, and Lira as the potentials.

So, potentially:
Marilyn Stark - seaQuest DSV
Lira Wessix - Star Wars
Gilad Pellaeon - Star Wars
Grand Admiral Thrawn - Star Wars
Daren Palpatine - Star Wars, original
Alaina Tierce - Star Wars, original

And I think I could even do this
Lira Wessix - Star Wars

Which gets it down to Stark and Pellaeon. Pellaeon's intro is still forthcoming, but I'm getting good vibes. And both Stark and Pellaeon have answers for the current t_m topic...

I think the runoff is going to be very hard.

(And yes, I know I could be dishonest, take one of the two as my fourth, and then just sign up the other under a different email address. But I'm not that petty, or that dishonest. It's just a writing group, for godssakes. One of the muses will either shut up at some point, or the other will talk louder, or maybe I'll just flip a damned coin, and we'll be set.)

In other news, my sinus headache is back. Yes, I'm still taking the Claratin, for all the good it's doing me. Wah. Don't wanna be sick.
