I've been considering lately the fact that my domain name is driving me crazy. It was cool back when the symbolism didn't bother me. Now it bothers me. For what it is, the domain needs to be mine, something of my own. Something that does not seem to be half spiritually owned by someone else.

Ghosts of remembered things. Well. We've all got to start somewhere, haven't we?

I am discontent with the matter of sentri.net, but I always, always fail to come up with something that would suit me better. For someone who hasn't done so well with titles lately, this is the ultimate title. And I freeze.

I freeze, I blank, and when at last I do come up with something, nine times out of ten it's already taken.

:( I don't really know what to suggest as one, either... but I definitely agree that if the name still bothers you after this long, it's more than time for it to go. Who knows, a new beginning might just spark all kinds of creativity for you. I'll see what I can come up with.

Or you can just swiftly and decisively declare Sentri to be Yours and No One Else's... ;) But if that won't make you feel all that much better, then change is good.

Yeah. I keep thinking I've gotten rid of this, and then it just comes back. Time to do something about it I guess. Finally came up with one idea that actually isn't taken yet, but I'm still trying to decide if it works for me or not. How'd you come up with offcentre? Do you even remember? :)

I think I wanted something that I could spell all British-like and stuff. ;) How I got it from there, though, I have no idea... but I think it's still pertinent...
