Feb. 8th, 2004 10:06 amGods, I'm tired. And bored. I can't think of anything to do that isn't work, though.
I should be:
doing my Algebra homework
Studying for my Sociology test
Typing up miscellanious crap from my notebook
Making some effort to clean my room
Finishing the revisions to Chapter something or other of that !@#$ing Star Wars story
Running printouts of previous chapters of said SW story, the better to revise them
Replying to a small backlog of emails and LJ comments
Catching up on my
theatrical_muse stuff, or at least trying...
And what am I doing instead? Surfing the boards at starwars.com, and digging strange stuff out of my CD collection. Allegedly I'm looking for stuff for the Star Wars soundtrack I've been meaning to put together for a while, but it's not going well. So far I've found a bunch of songs I forgot I liked- and none of them will work for any of the soundtracks. They're either too cheery or too depressing. I guess most of my music is, though.
I've had this bitch of a sinus headache all weekend, and it's still not going away. I take some Tylenol, it takes the edge off the headahce, maybe gets rid of it for a while, and then the damned thing comes back. Bloody allergies. I know that's what it is, and I know I should take some Claratin before I get a sinus infection, but I can't stand what the stuff does to me. As tired as I've been lately, the last thing I need to be doing is running in overdrive, and that stuff hypes me up like you wouldn't believe.
I may not have a choice, though- an infection would be a lot worse than what I've got now, and no matter how sick I might get, I can't afford to skip Algebra II unless I'm dead or dying. So it's better not to get sick at all. Plus, you know, I don't like being sick.
I should really go do something productive, like my homework, or my studying, but... *sigh* I don't want to.
Hate Sundays. And Alias isn't even on to make me feel a little better about the fact it's Sunday. Guess they didn't want to run it against the Grammys. (Which is dumb; now I may have to watch the Grammys because there's nothing else on...gah.)
