For those of you not in receipt of a semi-stoned Druid tag tonight, I finally went to see my doc (last week? no, the week before, I think?) about my headaches, because they suck and I'm tired of them.

Flocked because this is probably gonna get kind of gory, in the sense of "my family is practically insane and my life ain't far behind."

I haven't been having the best week.

Just a warning before I get started here, this is probably going to be pretty depressing.

Books Read in 2008 meme - Grand total of 132 books. Not as many as 2007, when I read 170, but I've been busy.


The breakdown:
Fiction: ~109
Nonfiction: ~24
I was going to list the best and worst books I read last year, but I liked a lot of stuff, and the stuff that I really hated, I didn't finish, so there's not much point.

Like I said, I didn't read as many books last year as the year before, but I've had a crazy year. I do want to try and read more in 2009, but we'll see how it goes.

Wow. I didn't even break 30 -- then again, just about the only time I've had for reading is in the bathroom and to/from work when it's not too dark...

I had a lot of free time; 2-4 hours to kill 5 days a week before my classes, and not THAT much homework. That's really how I did it.

*hugs* Hope you have more time to read this year.
