Nov. 9th, 2005 05:39 amI'm still sick, but much better than I was last week. Someday I might even stop coughing. I'm really tired, but my Psych professor was nice enough to take Monday off and tell us about it ahead of time, so I got to stay home for a week and recuperate from the cold from hell. :)
I'm still really tired, though, and I still don't wanna go to class. I have a test today, that I was up till almost midnight studying for, and, uh, whoops? I really should have reviewed those chapters earlier in the week, but I wasn't feeling up to it. Or feeling like any of it would've sunk in at that point anyway.
I had to go out last night and vote, because somehow when the voter registration people got my address change (and Mom's) they didn't get the part where we're both permanant absentee voters. So, we finally got sample ballots, but no absentee ones. So it was down to the elementary school for us, wandering around in the dark going "Where is the library?" Arnold sucks. The state's broke as usual, and his idea of how to "fix" it is to have this gigantic special election we can't afford, and put his little power grabs on the ballot? Bleh. The paper says it looks like most of his silly ideas are going down in flames, which is good. Even if they're waiting to count my ballot until they're sure I didn't vote twice...
Okay, I'm an idiot. I just spent fifteen minutes downloading the notes from my Psych class, only to discover that I never loaded PowerPoint onto my computer. Hell, I'm not even sure I have PowerPoint. I can check when I get home, I guess, but... *sigh* That doesn't really help for the last minute cramming now. Still, I should be okay. There's only one or two things on the study guide I'm looking at with that sense of "What the hell was that, again?"
I will be so glad when today is over, though. I already feel like I want a nap.
