Jan. 10th, 2005 06:29 amSo it's Monday, and in between yawns and gulps of caffine, I really wish it wasn't. I was just getting into this vacation thing, and now I get to troop back to campus and play Fight the Freshmen. Who are going to be even worse this semester than before, or so I hear. I'm so out of it right now it'll be a wonder if I find my shoes and get them on the right feet, let alone do everything else I need to before I head out.
The weather sucks, I'm sure it's going to rain- well, no, that's not true. I'm sure it's going to pour. Because this is me we're talking about, it's the first day of class, and my luck just works that way.
The only good thing I can see about this right now is that 1.) while I do have to be there horribly early, my first class starts at 10:00, which beats last semester's 11:00, and 2.) I am not a freshman, and thus know where everything is, and the Math/Science building is, alas, where I left it. If only I could put it down and just not find it again, that'd be awesome.
Ugh... I don't even think the sun is up yet. Why am I here?
Note to self: change station on the radio alarm. Talk radio pisses you off way too much, bad music really was better.
And I suppose I should go finish getting ready. If I survive, I'll update later with the usual nonsense- how the classes were, how many freshmen I kicked, etc. :)
