Jul. 22nd, 2004 02:37 pmI'm supposed to be returning a phone call to my grandmother. She needs tech support for her computer, and Gods only know what she did to it this time that I a.) cannot fix and b.) could not explain to her how to fix even if I knew, as Grandma is computer illiterate.
Oh yeah, plus, once that's done, she'll never shut up, and I'll be on the phone half the day listening to her tell me everything I'm doing wrong lately, and how I should not be wasting my summer writing and playing on my computer.
But if I didn't spend half my life on the computer, who else would she call with this crap, I ask you? *facepalms*
I'd sort of rather eat broken glass than make this phone call.
Family is so wonderful. Anyone want mine?
