Or, you know, if this is just a regular keyboard and not a laptop, you could get another one fairly inexpensively. Probably for the same cost as getting somebody to repair it.
Or you might could try going to the "hardware" tab under keyboard properties on your control panel and seeing if it says if the keyboard is having problems. There's also a troubleshooting button there.
