Who's to say he didn't? It's rather likely that if Fred and George had seen him on there, they would've just assumed he was a random person, after all, they wouldn't have been checking the map to see if he was there, you know? And I get the impression that, unlike the Potters or Sirius, Peter wasn't all that known by people in the wizarding world, so there would have been no reason for his name to stand out to them.
As far as with Harry, it's rather possible that he just didn't see Peter. After all "Scabbers" disappeared there for a bit right around the same time that Harry got the map, didn't he?
