I don't know, though. If you think about some of the other titles, Goblet of Fire, Chamber of Secrets, they don't sound really brilliant or anything. But they books were alright.
Ugh... one or two years. Can you guys imagine how many bad fanfics with the title "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" will crop up between now and then?

GoF-length for the new book would be cool. Yeah, I liked that one too. It gave us Aurors and Death Eaters, and I adore Aurors and Death Eaters. And Mad-Eye Moody. (True, just the fake one, and the real one is so much cooler, but even so...) And Draco as a ferret.
I always found PoA a little lacking in the adventure department, too. But it did give us a lot of cool background info on Harry's parents and such. And why Snape didn't like Sirius and friends. And then there's the Shrieking Shack scene...
