iPod saga: Ranty email I'm quite tempted to actually send
Dear Apple,
You suck and I hate you. I don't see why I should have to play 75% of the price of my iPod for you to give me a new one, when YOUR bloody download fucked mine up in the first place. (And other people's, I might add, as I found on the discussion boards at apple.com).
I'd been meaning to do this download for ages, to get rid of a couple minor software bugs- screwed up play counts, minor junk like that. I wish now, obviously, that I'd never done it. BECAUSE YOUR STUPID SOFTWARE UPDATE BROKE MY TOY!
I am NOT happy.
And I'll be damned if I'm paying you to fix your own fucking software glitch that ATE my goddamn iPod.
NO love whatsoever.
