*S* Odd is fine, I know you don't know me all that well. Going to answer these here as well as my journal, becasue well.. I can.
1. What do you like about Snape/McGonagall?
I think it's because everything I've read/found has been angst, and it's been BELIEVABLE angst. She can also fill a role similar to Dumbledores, without the squick factor. I enjoy both pairings (Ss/AD and SS/MG) but I don't want either one to get explicit. Different from how I view other pairings I've read.
2. What do you think is your best personality trait?
Argh. Hard one. I'm compassionate. I care about things. I can't stand to see things or people hurting or mistreated or unhappy. I want to fix it.
3. Have you ever been arrested? If not, could you ever see this happening? ;)
Yes. *G* I was arrested for driving without a lisence. I moved and my notice to appear in court for a speeding violation didn't get forwarded. My lisence was revoked, I drove, and I got caught. ABSOLUTELY the most humiliating experience of my life. Handcuffs and finger printing and all. On the upside the state trooper was VERY nice and VERY VERY *cute*
4. Aside from children and pets, of course, is there one thing you would try to save if your house caught fire?
Besides the computer? My teddy bear. I know, cheesey and sappy but I've had the thing since I was tiny. IT's an orange fisher price teddy with leather eyes and no nose and a blue bib with an apple. I *fight* with my children over the bear. Aren't I mature?
5. Will you let your kids read the new Harry Potter book if they want to?
My kids are awful little... So No. I will however read it TO them, with teh possibility of minor editing if things get overly graphic. They have, unfortunately, been exposed to that knowledge that life isn't always nice, and people are sometimes mean. THeir bedtime story to date takes them up through Prisoner of Azkaban. The older gets it and loves it (he's four and a bit) and the not quite three year old follows some of it, but to a much lesser degree. So sure... I'll read it to them. After *I* finish *G*
