Get a voice recognition software, like Dragon Naturally Speaking. You'll be able to dictate and therefore write, and rest your hands. It'll take a bit to get used to, but once you do, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it. I've used DNS quite a bit when things are awful with my wrist, and it's a godsend.
