Aww, thanks so much for looking this up! I've been hitting my head against the wall all day trying to figure this one out.

Turns out our DSL modem is defective, in addition to whatever may or may not be up with my network card. So I figure we'll get that swapped out, 'cause that sure as hell can't be helping. :)
