Wiring issues not good. There's an apartment complex a few towns away that had four fires in a week because of wiring and electrical issues. Needless to say, PEPCO isn't their favourite company at the moment.

You should have someone come out and look at that, though, because it really (duh) can be dangerous.

And as far as the idiots knocking out your traffic lights and everything, they didn't call Miss Utility, did they! (Or do you guys not get those stupid ads out in CA?)
