Blood donor and registered organ donor here :) I'd like to register as a bone marrow donor sometime, but over here you're supposed to pay for that yourself (50€), which doesn't quite agree with my current poor student status.

I always tell people that donating blood really isn't horrible, but it seems that everyone I know is scared of needles ;p
